Well, generally, it is definitely NOT Kamui.I dare to vouch on that :P Coz Sumeragi-dono don't seem like the warm kind old lady that dotes on kids;at least to strangers' kids; and Kamui barely know her as an acquaintance, and given his attitude, I dont think he'd look for Lady Sumeragi with no apparent reason(didnt c he had any reason currently) or jz for a chat.
But I may be wrong :P
