After a 2 day binge, I've finally read all you have so far of 36 Degrees and it's sequel Family Matters. Even with the flash backs that you added, it took a while for this fic to live up to it's title. Now that it has though, I can't even begin to guess what you might have in store for us! I'll definitely look forward to reading future installments! At least I have most of the side stories left to satisfy the wait, that I skipped because the plot was so riveting I didn't want to be distracted.
Btw, I think you have the most unique portrayal of Seishirou's tree that I've ever read in a fic. Most authors seem to ignore it completely, or just treat it as a normal tree with no personality, or give it too much personality in playful banter and teasing with Seishirou (sometimes Subaru as well). Your "Tree-san" is dark, mysterious, much like Seishirou himself. It's clear that it has been around for a very long time.
