Yes, Seishiro will have his moments in 12; as will Subaru for that matter.
I think the two of them will shake the Sumeragis quite a bit.
I fear I haven't decided on Arashi's future - or any details in that regard yet - she and Sorata aren't in the focus of this fic.

Well, I separate clearly between the Mori (which is what Clamp told us about how the succession has to take place) and what the Sakura in the beginning of it all made about it. We'll see what Seishiro finds out about that. :)
