I love the characterization. The small Yuki-Hiro interaction was perfect. The two people who are closest to Suichi are acting just like they should. Another detail I loved is the bit about Suichi's mother. Because of the anime, many writers forget her... but not only did you remember her but actually made her act like a mother with Yuki.

I see your evil cliffhangers are back.
