I believe that Seishirou uses "-kun" to Subaru as sort of a tease to the Sumeragi, since the "-kun" implies that on a certain level, they are comrades of some sort. No doubt it's very painful to Subaru to hear that, and Seishirou, even when binding Subaru to him does not feel that comraderie. That's why I did not include the "-kun" in reference to Subaru. ^_^
